Terms & Conditions
Terms governing use of the Techiconix website and general service interactions.
Effective Date: August 16, 2026
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
Welcome to Techiconix. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://techiconix.com/ and your interactions with Techiconix through our website.
These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective clients, and users who submit enquiries or schedule consultations through the website. Specific services purchased from Techiconix may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, order form, or other written agreement. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement will control with respect to that service.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Techiconix
Techiconix provides professional digital and technology services that may include e-commerce management, Amazon and Walmart services, Shopify development, TikTok Shop services, eBay and Etsy management, SEO, Google Ads and PPC management, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, graphic design, branding, website development and maintenance, GoHighLevel CRM implementation, funnel development, marketing and business process automation, analytics, conversion tracking, AI-assisted digital solutions, and related consulting and implementation services.
Specific deliverables depend on the package, proposal, or agreement purchased by the client.
2. Website Information
We aim to keep the information on Techiconix.com accurate and current. However, website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and may be changed at any time.
Descriptions of services, packages, features, timelines, and pricing displayed on the website do not create a binding commitment unless confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, order form, or service agreement.
Prices described as “starting at,” “from,” or similar wording represent baseline pricing and may increase based on scope, complexity, volume, integrations, advertising spend, number of marketplaces, number of products, automation requirements, or other project factors.
3. Quotes and Proposals
A quote or proposal is based on the information available to Techiconix when it is prepared. If project requirements change, Techiconix may revise the scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, or required resources.
Work outside an agreed scope may require an additional fee or separate change order. Unless otherwise stated, proposals may expire if they are not accepted within the period specified in the proposal.
4. Payments
Payment requirements will normally be stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project-based services may require 50% upfront to begin work and 50% before final launch or delivery.
Larger projects may use milestone billing such as 40% upfront / 30% during development / 30% before final delivery. Recurring services are generally billed in advance for the applicable service period. Certain services may require a minimum initial commitment, which will be identified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Clients are responsible for paying invoices when due. Techiconix may pause or suspend work on overdue accounts.
5. Third-Party Costs
Unless specifically included in writing, Techiconix service fees do not include third-party costs such as advertising spend, marketplace fees, Shopify subscriptions, WordPress plugins, hosting, domain registration, email services, GoHighLevel subscriptions, SMS or calling usage, WhatsApp charges, AI usage, API fees, stock photography, premium fonts, software licenses, payment-processing fees, Zapier or Make subscriptions, or other third-party platform charges.
Clients remain responsible for these costs unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide information, approvals, credentials, content, branding materials, account access, and feedback reasonably required to complete the work. Delays in providing these items may delay the project.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Techiconix may legally be used. The client must not provide content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates law, contains malicious code, or is otherwise unlawful.
7. Advertising Services
Advertising budgets are separate from Techiconix management fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Techiconix may develop, manage, and optimize campaigns but cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, cost per lead, ROAS, sales volume, revenue level, or continuous advertising-platform approval.
Campaign results depend on numerous factors outside Techiconix’s control.
8. SEO Services
SEO involves competition, search-engine algorithms, and factors outside Techiconix’s control. Techiconix therefore does not guarantee first-page rankings, a #1 Google ranking, specific keyword positions, a fixed level of organic traffic, or a specific revenue outcome.
Search engines may change algorithms, policies, indexing systems, and ranking factors at any time.
9. E-Commerce and Marketplace Services
Techiconix may assist clients with platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. These platforms operate independently from Techiconix.
Techiconix cannot guarantee marketplace approval, account reinstatement, product or listing approval, Buy Box ownership, sales volume, marketplace rankings, account suspension avoidance, or policy exceptions. Clients remain responsible for complying with the applicable marketplace’s rules and policies.
10. GoHighLevel and Automation Services
Techiconix may design and manage CRM systems, workflows, funnels, appointment systems, email/SMS automations, lead pipelines, integrations, and related systems.
Automated systems depend on third-party software, APIs, telecommunications providers, data quality, and configuration. Techiconix cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that their use of email, SMS, calling, WhatsApp, advertising, and customer-data automation complies with laws applicable to their business.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Techiconix retains ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, reusable components, internal systems, methodologies, templates, processes, development tools, and know-how.
After full payment, clients generally receive the rights to final client-specific deliverables identified as transferred in their service agreement or proposal. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Techiconix will only publicly display client names, logos, testimonials, case studies, or project work where appropriate permission or contractual rights exist.
12. Website Intellectual Property
The Techiconix website, including its design, text, graphics, branding, code, icons, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Techiconix unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit website materials without permission.
13. Testimonials and Case Studies
Testimonials and case studies represent the experiences of the clients or projects described. Individual results should not be interpreted as a promise that another client will receive identical results. Any performance information should be evaluated in the context of the specific project, market, budget, timing, and circumstances.
14. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may integrate with third parties. Techiconix is not responsible for changes, outages, policies, pricing, security incidents, or business decisions made by independent third-party providers. Use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their own terms.
15. Confidentiality
Techiconix will take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information provided in connection with client work. Clients should not submit passwords, payment-card details, or highly sensitive credentials through public website forms. Secure credential-sharing methods should be used where available.
16. No Professional Legal or Financial Advice
Techiconix provides marketing, e-commerce, technology, automation, design, and development services. Nothing on Techiconix.com constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
17. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that Techiconix.com will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techiconix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Specific client agreements may contain additional liability provisions.
19. Termination or Suspension
Techiconix may suspend or terminate services where appropriate, including for non-payment, abuse, illegal activity, repeated scope violations, misrepresentation, platform-policy violations, security risks, or material breach of an agreement. Financial obligations accrued before termination remain payable.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our business, services, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
